Schedule:
- Rehearsals on Thurs/Fri from 4:15-6:15 pm starting September 3rd.
- Please keep the entire week of Nov 30th (prior to performance days) open if possible, for daily rehearsals, if needed.
- Rehearsal on the following Saturdays from 9 am 12 pm: Sept 12, Sept 19, Oct 31, Nov 7 and Nov 14
- **CoVid Considerations: We will continually monitor regulations and innovate ECA formats for certification requirements to the best of our ability, as restrictions dictate. Please note that this ECA will require masks and social distancing. The maximum enrollment will be 25 students, so please don t wait to register. Until we have further direction, we will plan to continue with our regular in-person format for rehearsals and performances. Should it be mandated that we cannot conduct ECA s in our traditional format, we will revert to a virtual model for rehearsals and performances.
Elementary Muscial "Madagascar" K-5
DESCRIPTION: Join your AA friends (K-5) to portray the story of Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, Gloria the hip hip Hippo and, of course, those hilarious, plotting penguins as they bound onto your stage in the musical adventure of a lifetime, Madagascar!
For this musical, students do not need to pre-audition, but must register before video auditions will be accepted. For instructions on the audition process, after registering your student, please follow this LINK for information, included audition guidelines.
Casting will be announced at the director's discretion, following the close date for auditions.
Performances are currently scheduled for December 3-6 at School House Theatre (Specific times TBD). Should public performances be limited or impossible, we will also plan live streamed performances in addition to in-person public performances. Livestream access can also be purchased for out of state friends and family who may not be able to make the trip to Colorado.
