Advanced Coding: RFID Door Lock - Grades 7-8

Keep OUT! Learn how to program an Arduino RFID Door Lock Access Control Project. RFID stands for Radio Frequency IDentification and it’s a non-contact technology used commonly with badge readers. In addition to the RFID module we will use a proximity sensor for checking whether the door is closed or opened, a servo motor for the lock mechanism and a character LED display. Registration fee includes cost of robotics supplies as you will keep the whole project to take home with you! This course will count for one credit towards the Engineering Certificate Program in either programming or robotics discipline.
