LOCATION: Larkspur, CO, DCSD Stone Canyon EdVentures
GRADE 5: Students are excited to head to Outdoor Ed at Stone Canyon in Larkspur!  We will be using chartered school buses to shuttle kids to the camp on November 19th, and back home on November 21st.  Students will engage in outdoor activities, campfires and night hikes for 3 days and two nights.  There is a nurse on site, dietician for specific needs, and adult supervision all the time. Air out those sleeping bags!!

TRIP GROUPS: Once we have a full registration of 5th graders, we will arrange the activity groups and the room groups, balancing them according to gender and student need. American Academy reserves the right to arrange overnight trip groups in the way they deem best suited for a successful outcome of the trip for both students and teachers.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Registration and payments are completed ONLY on the School Store. The remaining balance/final payment will be made ONLY via automatic withdrawals from the credit/debit card saved to the registration you completed for your student.
The total amount for this trip is $402.00. The first payment/registration in the amount of $201.00 will be charged to your credit card immediately at the completion of this registration, and MUST be made no later than midnight on October 1, 2025. The remaining $201.00 payment will be pulled from the same credit card used for this registration on Friday, October 31, 2025. If you are not sure which credit card you used to complete your students registration, please reach out to Joanne Lofvenborg (Business Services Coordinator).

PAYMENT 2 (Final): $201.00 - withdrawn on Friday, October 31, 2025 (You will receive an invoice prior to the payment being pulled from your card.)
