IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Tuesdays from 4:15-6 pm starting February 23rd
Saturdays from 12-3 pm February 27th

CoVid Considerations:
We will continually monitor regulations and innovate ECA formats to the best of our ability, as restrictions dictate. Please note that this ECA will require masks and social distancing. The maximum enrollment will be 20 students. Until we have further direction, we will plan to continue with our regular in-person format for classes, rehearsals, and performances. Should it be mandated that we cannot conduct ECA s in our traditional format, we will revert to a virtual model for classes, rehearsals and performances for this ECA.

Info

Production Ensemble: Tuck Everlasting (5-8)

Please note that most principal roles in the production are already cast, so students registering are agreeing to an ensemble role and for any open roles, we will open auditions to the entire cast.  We will also attempt to incorporate programming for certification requirements into the rehearsal process as we are able, including Scene Study, Acting Techniques, Improv, and Reader’s Theatre.

Tech and performance week, May 10-16 (Rehearsal/Performance Schedule TBD) – please be available each evening that week and all weekend for performances.

REFUNDS: Because American Academy teachers run our extracurricular activities based on the number of sign-ups prior to the activity, all activity fees are non-refundable unless the teacher needs to cancel the activity due to low enrollment.

LATE ENROLLMENT OR MISSED ATTENDANCE: Timely enrollment and regular attendance for each activity is the responsibility of the parent and the student. The activity fee does not reflect the number of days your student attends the activity; rather, the activity fee is a flat fee budgeted to cover the costs to the school and the teacher for each activity that runs, and is the same for each student enrolled in that activity, regardless of the number of days the student attends. For this reason, American Academy does not prorate activity fees for late enrollments or give refunds to students not in attendance each day of the activity.
