LOCATION: Larkspur, CO, DCSD Stone Canyon EdVentures
GRADE 5: Students are excited to head to Outdoor Ed at Stone Canyon in Larkspur!  We will be using chartered school buses to shuttle kids to the camp on November 29, and back home on December 1.  Students will engage in outdoor activities, campfires and night hikes for 3 days and two nights.  There is a nurse on site, dietician for specific needs, and adult supervision all the time. Air out those sleeping bags

TRIP GROUPS: Once we have a full registration of 5th graders, we will arrange the activity groups and the room groups, balancing them according to gender and student need. American Academy reserves the right to arrange overnight trip groups in the way they deem best suited for a successful outcome of the trip for both students and teachers.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Registration and payments are completed ONLY on the School Store. 2nd, and final payments are made ONLY via automatic withdrawals from the credit/debit card saved to the registration you completed for your student.
The total amount for this trip is $366. The first payment will be charged to your credit card immediately at the completion of this registration, and MUST be made no later than midnight on September 22, 2023. The remaining payments will be pulled from the same credit card used for this registration on Monday, October 16, 2023 and Wednesday, November 15, 2023. If you are not sure which credit card you used to complete your students registration, please reach out to Joanne Lofvenborg (Business Services Coordinator).

PAYMENT 1: $122.00 - paid upon completion of this registration (No later than Friday, September 22, 2023 by midnight)

PAYMENT 2: $122.00 - withdrawn on Monday, October 16, 2023 (You will receive an invoice prior to the payment being pulled from your card.)

FINAL PAYMENT : $122.00 - withdrawn on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 (You will receive an invoice prior to the payment being pulled from your card.)
